This read-only queue shows failed link requests and requests still queued after five minutes. A submitted reference and address are unverified until they match the current enquiry record. A queue row does not prove an email was sent. Check the exact enquiry and provider history before advising a visitor to request another link; requests older than 24 hours cannot be sent.
